How do I know what the cost will be ?
Make contact either through the website, via email or by calling and we will arrange a free no obligation quote at your property at your convenience. We will then discuss the work you require and the best solution to achieve maximum results. We will also conduct an accurate measurement of the areas that require treatment.
Once completed, a quote will be either emailed or texted to you usually within 24 hours. If you decide to accept the quote then we will book a date that is acceptable to you.
Do I need to supply anything on the day ?
As our high tech machine runs on petrol, we only require a water supply from our clients. Ideally this will be from an outside tap but we can use a tap inside if it has the correct fitting.
We would ideally require the area to be treated to be clear of furniture and plant pots etc in advance if possible but if you are struggling then we can help with that, dont worry!
How do I make a payment to you ?
We accept payment either by bank transfer or cash. We do not currently accept card payment but may do in the future.
For jobs over £500 we usually require a £100 deposit to secure your chosen date.
If we are required to return at a later date to complete work such as re sanding or sealing due to weather restrictions, we would require either a 50% payment or payment in full once the cleaning element of the job is completed.
Can I add to the job on the day ?
Of course you can !
If you require an additional area to be cleaned then please let us know and we will try to have this completed the same day.
It may be that you require a wall to be jet washed or possibly some garden furniture. We will be only too happy to help. We will always advise of any additional cost to you before completing the work.
